It’s going to be a special meet in September!  Out meet kicks off Friday evening with a 007 spy themed cocktail party & dinner at the Cade Museum in downtown Gainesville.

Saturday you can show your stuff  on the Studebaker concours.  There will be a free picnic lunch for registrants.

Saturday evening join us at the awards banquet!

Sunday we’ll have a morning caravan to Stephen Allen’s Studebaker Parts in nearby Newberry to view their Studebaker collection.  Coffee & donuts will be served.

Meet Registration

  • General meet registration is $35.00

  • General meet registration includes the Friday night cocktail party & dinner at the Cade Museum (AT CAPACITY/SOLD OUT), a picnic lunch Saturday, & coffee and donuts at Stephen Allen’s on Sunday morning. General registration DOES NOT include judged vehicle(s) or banquet tickets (few tickets remain @ $35 per person). Meet issued lanyards are required for free picnic lunch Saturday

  • Add $10.00 for each judged vehicle.

  • There is no charge for display vehicles or outdoor vending.

  • 12:00pm -3:00pm:   Hospitality – San Felasco Room

  • 4:30pm- 5:00pm: Motor coach boarding at front of hotel  *ticket required to board

  • 5:00pm: Motor coaches depart meet hotel for Cade Museum

  • 5:30pm – 9:00pm:  James Bond Cocktails & Dinner at The Cade Museum *SOLD OUT.   Live music by the Nick DeCarlis Jazz Quintet

Saturday September 24th

  • 8:30am – 11:00am: Registration & T-Shirt Sales – Lobby

  • 9:00am – 3:00pm: Hospitality – San Felasco Room

  • 11:00am – 1:00pm: Picnic lunch in the big tent (nametag required)

  • 10:00am – 2:00pm: Concours judging

  • 2:00pm – 50/50 drawing  (must be present to win) 

  • 5:00pm – 6:00pm: Happy Hour – cash bar, Spring Hills Ballroom

  • 6:00pm – 9:00pm: Banquet & Awards Ceremony, Spring Hills Ballroom (few tickets remain.. $35 per person)

Sunday September 25th

  • 9am to 12:00pm: Coffee & donuts at Stephen Allen’s LLC to view the Cade’s Studebaker collection.  Only a 10 minute drive from the meet hotel.

Friday Cocktails & Dinner @ The Cade Museum

*The Friday night event  at the Cade Museum is at capacity/sold out.

Cocktail party attire or period dress is strongly encouraged but not required.

Doors will open at 5:30pm with dinner at 7:00pm.

Motor coaches will depart the host hotel to the Cade at 4:45pm.  Free bus tickets will be available at the registration desk on a first come first serve basis & will be required for boarding.

The museum is roughly a 25 minute/12 mile drive from the meet hotel.  Free parking is available at the museum and the museum annex (across the street) if you choose to drive to the event.
